Pablo's Dining Lounge

Our Heritage house is late 1800’s and has had many incarnations before becoming a restaurant in 1977. All of our products are made in house from scratch, no prebought sauces or mixes. Our Breads, are baked daily on premises with no preservatives. Our Lamb products come from Cowichan Valley and are all fresh never frozen. Our Vegetables are Chosen daily by our chef from local  farms.

Some of the local farms we support: Sunwing, Mitchells, Silver Rill, Cowichan Bay, Quist, Eagle Paw and Untamed Feast. All our seafood is fresh and our oysters  are shucked to order so please allow ample time for your choices to arrive.

Good food takes time to prepare so sit back and enjoy your dining experience.
If you are in a particular rush please inform your server who will do their utmost to accommodate your parties wishes Vegetarians, Celiac or gluten free, please ask your server. All parties of seven or more subject to gratuities of 18%.

Please add $15 for splitting of entrée. Unfortunately no splitting for full rack of lamb
